Common Questions
Is our fee refundable?
Yes. You will have 14 days from the start of Phase 2 to decide whether or not you are seeing our value add. If not, you will be issued a full refund. The 14 day cancellation limit can also be extended on a case-by-case basis.
How long is the service period?
We will work with you for up to 180 days to find the flat where you are happy. For this reason, we will not accept a flat search that is forecasted to take more than 80 days. If either you or we don't see success within the first 14 days of search execution, we will cancel the search and you will receive a full refund. If you don't or won't have a nice result, we both lose.
