Yes. You have 14 days from the start of Phase 2 to decide whether you are seeing our value add. If not, you will receive a full refund. The 14-day cancellation limit can also be extended on a case-by-case basis.

How long is the BerlinRelo service period?

We work with you for up to 180 days to find a flat where you are happy. We do not accept searches forecasted to take more than 80 days. If success isn't seen within the first 14 days of search execution, we cancel and issue a full refund.

The average fee is approximately €1,700 + VAT. The exact fee varies based on search complexity and is set during the prospect call. You only pay when you successfully sign a lease.
